Founder’s Story
Sanjeiv Asokan excels at growing complete dental clinics in the UK and Norway. He leads with a focus on operational excellence and patient-centred innovation, resulting in higher customer satisfaction, streamlined operations, and a strong modern brand.
With an MSc in Engineering Business Management, Sanjeiv brings a strategic and analytical approach to dental practices. At the Kaizen Institute Western Europe, he built experience in improving productivity, analysing processes, and managing quality in healthcare and related fields. He has led large projects and introduced solutions like robotic process automation and data-driven sales funnel optimisation.
At Dentistry360, Sanjeiv supports dental practices from setup to operations, helping maintain a laser-sharp focus on long-term growth. His approach focuses on building efficient systems, engaging patients, and improving business results with reliable, not vanity, metrics.
Sanjeiv’s work has caught the attention of investors interested in growing the Complete Smiles brand internationally. New opportunities for expansion in Europe and Asia are being explored. His visionary leadership is helping to shape the future of dental consulting and raise standards across the industry.
